Northallerton development launches to surge of public interest
A brand new Barratt Homes housing development in Northallerton, North Yorkshire, has launched this month to huge success. The launch, earlier this month, saw potential buyers visiting Barratt’s Mowbray Park development, and the properties already appear to be proving popular among first time buyers, couples and families, with three couple reserved before lunchtime on the launch.
Mowbray Park offers luxury at an affordable price with spacious new houses designed to the highest specification. The development includes three and four bedroom family homes, perfect for those wanting to lay down family roots or move up the property ladder.
The launch saw widespread excitement from the community with one interested customer arriving at 5am to avoid the crowds. With three plots reserved before lunchtime, Barratt expects the development to sell quickly. Prices range from £177,995 to £289,995, offering serious value for money to first-time buyers and investors alike. In contemporary fashion, the houses are varied in style and reflect the changing and diverse lifestyle of the modern buyer - offering traditional and spacious layouts with an abundance of natural light.
Visitors to the launch were offered expert advice on how to access the government’s ‘Help to Buy’ scheme which is being offered across all properties at the development – meaning the Mowbray Park homes can be purchased with a deposit as low as 5%.
Debbie Foster, Sales Manager for Barratt Homes, commented: “After the success of the launch, we’re all thrilled to have seen the surge in public interest. The Mowbray Park development will offer buyers a variety of quality homes at genuinely affordable prices. We’ve had some great feedback from those who attended the launch and the development is already proving to be very popular.”
