BrewDog to open new Liverpool bar in October

Scottish craft beer brewer BrewDog has announced plans to open a new outfit on Colquit Street, Liverpool in October.

BrewDog have also agreed a deal for the former Blind Tiger in Brighton, which will open in four months time

BrewDog is at work on recipes and pilot batches for its 2014 prototype challenge, which could include a ‘flavour forward gluten free ale’

As well as a ’super tasty sub 3% hopped up mild,a spin on an amber ale with some alt beer influence (Alt as in the old German beer style as opposed to ‘alternative’) and an IPA utilizing slightly unusual hopping schedules’.

On the company’s website, BrewDog said: “Our Liverpool bar will be a hub of incredible beer and kick ass food, and will be staffed by some of the most knowledgeable beer geeks in the country.

“We’re looking for staff of all levels to come onboard at BrewDog Liverpool and turn it into a meeting point for craft beer enthusiasts in the city.

“You are the crucial link in our efforts to shorten the distance between ourselves and our customers, and in return you’ll get some hardcore beer and customer service training, and a bright, beery future within our BrewDog family.
