Chamber announces TV stars for Annual Dinner

Mid Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce has announced its line up for the upcoming and much anticipated Annual Dinner event.

The Chamber’s prestigious Annual Dinner celebration will once again take place throughout a thriving Kirklees Business Week on Thursday 16th October from 18:30 at Cedar Court Hotel, Huddersfield.

The event will see the return of BBC Look North’s Clare Frisby as Compere, as the Chamber celebrates this year’s business achievements in style.

Entertainment on the night comes in the form of leading impressionist Steve Nallon, “the voice of Margaret Thatcher”.

Steve the leading impressionist on ITVs ground-breaking Spitting Image series, has also starred in ‘The New Statesman’, ‘Call My Bluff’, ‘First Impressions’ and ‘Alistair McGowan’s Big Impression’ and is sure to provide a night of laughter.

Beloved Channel 4 Educating Yorkshire stars Maths Teacher Michael Steer and Head Teacher Jonny Mitchell, will also speak at the event regarding links between education and business, and the impact of the show on Dewsbury’s Thornhill Community Academy.

Last year’s dinner saw more than 200 business representatives in attendance for the star studded night. Members can attend for the exclusive price of just £60 and non-members £75. Ticket price includes a night of entertainment, a delicious three course meal and a fantastic opportunity to network with local business people.
