Regus hosts event to launch second business centre in Leicester
Regus, the global workspace provider, held a well-attended event at its new location in Leicester city centre last week, ahead of the official opening this week.
Leicester Lord Mayor, Councillor John Thomas, gave a speech highlighting the regeneration and economic growth of the city, describing Regus’ new centre within St George’s House as positive news for the local business community and testament to rising demand for modern, flexible ways to work.
Steve Purdy, UK Managing Director at Regus also spoke at the event, commenting: “St George’s House is an exciting addition to our network, located just a short walk from the rail station. We expect strong take-up from local small businesses, start-ups and remote workers as well as national firms opening satellite offices and global businesses establishing a footprint in the Midlands.”
The Regus centre, occupying four floors of the building, offers businesses of all sizes a range of modern, smart and flexible workspaces, and features an attractive top-floor terrace overlooking the city. Facilities include part-time and co-working space, Day Offices, full-time serviced offices and meeting rooms, as well as reception, business support services and Virtual Offices.
Businessworld Gold membership costs just £35 per month, giving access to Regus’ national network of business lounges including the two in Leicester.
