Harrogate-based software provider Nostrum Group has appointed Leeds-based Whitecap Consulting to support the development and implementation of its brand and marketing strategy.
Nostrum provides automated loan management software to finance providers and consumer brands who offer credit facilities to their customers.
The firm has been recruiting heavily in 2014 and was recently named in the Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track 100, which lists the fastest growing telecoms, media and technology firms in the UK.
Richard Carter, chief executive of Nostrum Group, said: “We’ve been going through a period of sustained and rapid growth in recent years and it’s an exciting time for Nostrum.
“Our business objectives are clear and appointing Whitecap will help us achieve these goals by developing a marketing strategy and plan aligned to our strategic priorities.”
Julian Wells, director of Whitecap Consulting, said: “We’re delighted to be working with one of the fastest growing and most exciting technology businesses in the financial services industry.
“Nostrum is a business that is experiencing significant demand for its services in its core markets and in new markets where it has opened up opportunities.
In 2013 Nostrum reported an 83% increase in revenues and was named in the Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50 and the Deloitte European Technology Fast 500.
Established in 2012, Whitecap Consulting works with other FinTech firms including rebuildingsociety, a Leeds based peer-to-peer lender. Other clients have included Costcutter Supermarkets Group, Aldermore Bank, National Accident Helpline, Fairpoint Group, First Direct Arena and First Assist.
