Chorley's £3 million Momentum Business Centre fully occupied

Momentum Business Centre, Chorley’s £3 million business park, is now fully occupied just four months after its construction was completed.

Momentum Business Centre, which comprises 35 business units, is now home to Haigh Rail, Race Suspension Services, TK Platt electrical Ltd and S&S Northern.

The final 1085 sq ft unit has now been let to regional marketing business, Marvel At Everything.

The business which, was founded by Colin Pinches earlier this year, provides the full range of marketing which includes all forms of media, events, design, branding and online services.

One of its most recent projects was handling all the advertising, filming and signage for the recent Southport Air Show.

Colin said “I’ve been very impressed with the flexibility of the development, the product and the concept in general. The other aspect that I was attracted to is the mix of businesses on Momentum and there’s a real community feel.

“As well as operating nationally we are looking to expand our client base locally and this is why we felt Momentum is an excellent base for growing the business.”

Jeremy Lefton, director at Roundhouse Properties said: “Demand for these properties has been huge and it has certainly performed beyond our expectations. It is a concept we are now looking to roll out to other parts of Lancashire and the wider North West.

“The key to success so far at Momentum Business Centre is that we have given both large and small businesses access to flexible, affordable and modern accommodation, which can be purchased outright, leased or even a combination of both through our lease purchase scheme.”
