Charlie Cudworth, managing director of Prospect Business Centres said: “Our expansion into the capital in November 2011 has been a great success, and we have been looking for exactly the right building to add to our portfolio for some time as we have seen occupancy rates of over 90% since we opened there,
“Our business is based on client retention and in order to succeed in the highly competitive serviced office sector we have to ensure the highest levels of service and accommodation.
“We value our team members very highly and target them to ensure the highest levels a client satisfaction possible. Attention to detail quality of accommodation and service together with significant investment in the best IT and telecoms ensures our distinction from the rest of the market.”
The growth of London’s economy ahead of the rest of the UK in recent years has driven demand for short and medium term office space in the city.
The company hasn’t ruled out further expansion in the capital over the coming year, with sustained demand for high quality serviced offices in London.
