Indian street food vendor Rola Wala to open permanent site at Trinity Leeds

Trinity Leeds’ street food concept, Trinity Kitchen, is welcoming pop-up Indian street food vendor Rola Wala becoming a permanent fixture.

The 452 sq ft unit joins a host of established, permanent outlets in Trinity Kitchen including Pho, Tortilla and Chicago Rib Shack, all of which were new to the Leeds market.

Meat Liquor opened a 5,498 sq ft unit last month (only its second outside London), while Brazilian Barbecue Restaurant, Cabana, will open a 4,769 sq ft unit next month.

Trinity Kitchen has welcomed 1.3 million visitors in its first year (an average of 25,000 each week) and hosted 55 different street food operators.

The 20,000 sq ft concept showcases a continually evolving offer of the UK’s best street food concepts, with 5 food vans changing regularly throughout the year, together with 7 permanent food tenants.
