Mobile Money & Digital Payments Global announces additional expert speakers for world-renowned conference

Many exciting new speakers have been confirmed for the Mobile Money & Digital Payments Global Conference, taking place from 19 - 20 November 2014 at Wyndham Grand Istanbul Levent in Turkey.

Experts from across the globe will debate and discuss the most pressing payment issues and map the route to creating a world without cash. The conference will comprise a series of industry panels, cutting-edge presentations and focused workshops.

Burhan Eliacik, Senior Manager of Mobile Financial Services for Vodafone Turkey. and Nora O.Mbaya, Senior Manager of M-PESA Product Development for Safaricom Kenya will be discussing forecasts for payments in 2015.

New speakers for the Global Regulatory Environments panel session are Anjeza Beja, Director of Payment Systems, Accounting and Finance Department for Bank of Albania and James Masoy from the Central Bank of Tanzania.

The session will feature discussions from central banks across the globe on their top challenges and opportunities in regulating mobile financial services. Regulatory frameworks will be compared, as well as movements and marketplaces and further insight into the minds of the policy-makers.

Melike Kara, Department Head of Mobile Payment Systems for Turkcell has also joined the line-up of expert speakers and will provide a thorough insight into igniting mobile payments in Turkey,
