House of Fraser extends contract with PrePay Solutions
House of Fraser, the UK and Ireland’s premium department store group, has chosen to extend its existing partnership with PrePay Solutions, the European leader in prepaid services.
House of Fraser, recently acquired by Nanjing Cenbest, a chain of Chinese department stores in a deal noted to be China’s largest foreign retail investment to date, has been working with PrePay Solutions for over six years. Since then, PrePay Solutions has used its innovative technology to manage House of Fraser’s retail, loyalty and corporate gifting schemes in the UK and Ireland.
Ray Brash, CEO at PrePay Solutions, commented:
“We’re delighted to extend our partnership with House of Fraser and to be recognised as a trusted partner. We are delighted that the quality of our service has been recognised by House of Fraser and we are proud to remain a preferred supplier after six years, and look forward to helping them advance their strategic goals.”
Simon Duncan, Director of External Business at House of Fraser, commented:
“Our decision to extend the partnership with PrePay Solutions was not only based on the success of the existing contract, but also on the firm’s proven ability to deliver a consistent service that meets our business needs. We look forward to continuing our relationship with PrePay Solutions and working with the team to further develop our card programme strategies.”
