Huddersfield Clothing Brand Celebrates National Growth With Major Partnership

Huddersfield-based, functional fashion brand, Zhoodz® is celebrating securing the first of a number of national charity partnerships as it becomes a ‘Corporate Friend’ of Dogs Trust, the UK’s largest dog welfare charity.

Zhoodz® welcomes their first corporate partners on board with a view to further expanding its national reach.

The reflective clothing company, founded by Steve Cooper, from Outlane has gone from strength to strength since entering the retail market in July, supporting Dogs Trust by becoming a corporate friend.

The agreement will see Zhoodz® donate 10% of the sale of dog related products and accessories to the charity to support their mission to protect the welfare of dogs.

Zhoodz® introduces a fashion element to road safety, with full colour reflective designs so dogs, and their owners will be seen in car headlights.

The affiliation is the first of many charity partnerships to be formed by the brand as the business sets their sights on expanding nationally. Zhoodz® founder Steve Cooper commented: “It has been an extremely busy few months at Zhoodz®, we are overwhelmed with the positive influx of interest we have received on the products since launching.

“We are extremely proud to support Dogs Trust. The team at Zhoodz® are passionate about protecting the welfare of animals and look forward to maintaining a relationship going forward.

“Britain has long held an affinity with the man’s best friend and we are thrilled to be able to make a heartfelt difference to many homes across the UK.”

Steve Cooper started the Zhoodz® operation from his offices in a converted barn in Outlane, where the company prints and finishes the items on site, before distributing nationally direct to customers’ homes.

Prior to setting up Zhoodz® Steve spent over 20 years in the design and printing industry, most latterly running his own business Spitting Lizard.
