North East development firm seeks new local projects

Unparalleled growth of young property company in 12 month period enables further expansion

A North East development company is putting a call out to property investors and developers to find new projects in the local area.

All Saints Living was established late 2013, and already has over 100 homes under construction in Northumberland, Cumbria, Yorkshire and Scotland, however the company would like to undertake some projects closer to home, creating jobs and opportunities in the North East.

Managing Director, Willi Thompson said “A major aspect in our rapid success has been our use of joint ventures in some of our projects. We are always actively seeking further projects that suit the company profile. We pride ourselves on our flexibility on how we acquire opportunities to best meet the requirements of all parties.”

All Saints Living specialise in the prime residential sector, primarily in the sensitive restoration and transformation of existing structures, always ensuring local material and resources are utilised to the best effect. The company’s landmark project, Larbert House in Stirlingshire, is being transformed into an £18m residential development in conjunction with a local developer, Strathyre Properties, creating more than 50 jobs.

Secondary, the company will explore any development opportunity and is currently planning a small project of starter homes in Seaham, County Durham and is keen to acquire further projects closer to its Head Office in Newcastle upon Tyne.

All Saints Living is the property development arm of The High Street Group of Companies, one of the most successful and fastest growing privately owned firms in the North East. It operates companies in property investment and development, financial services and claims, offering expertise and opportunities across multiple sectors.

Willi added “As our current projects in Ripon, Larbert, Rennington and Whitehaven are progressing well, we are in the fortunate position of seeking new projects. We are a local company with national reach and unchallenged entrepreneurial spirit, and would relish the opportunity to explore projects which would benefit our local area.”
