Business Continuity firm celebrates NEDs 25 year anniversary
ROBUST corporate governance is an essential component of any well run business and Jermyn Consulting is delighted to be associated with the fds CorporateFinance as it celebrates its 25th anniversary this month.
Led by Jo Haigh, who is an NED for Jermyn Consulting, fds CorporateFinance has supported many SMEs achieve growth and enhance value by embedding good business practice at the heart of their operation.
Jo was appointed by Jermyn Consulting in September 2013 as part of its growth plans to provide support and advice to the organisation.
“We recognised that having a non executive director would give fresh impetus to our own business planning and ideas,” said George Hall, director.
“When you are as close to the business as we are you need another set of eyes to see what you miss and also advise on the areas that are not your own expertise.
“Jo has brought new energy plus sound legal and financial advice to Jermyn Consulting as we have grown our team, products, services and client base,” he added.
Results-driven Jo has been a trusted advisor and counsellor for many SMEs as they have moved from small kitchen table operations to larger organisations preparing an exit strategy.
“I draw on my own experience as a corporate lawyer and accountant to protect client companies making them fully aware of their responsibilities and liabilities so they can concentrate on growing their businesses effectively,” said Jo.
“We have only been working with Jo and her team for a small part of that 25 years but we are immensely grateful for the expertise and professionalism that has come out of those years. We look forward to a long association with Jo and fds CorporateFinance and wish them every success for the next 25 years,” said Gary Donlon, director.
