Specialist Wills and Trusts Associate joins Shrewsbury law firm
Shropshire law firm Aaron & Partners LLP has boosted its offering to business owners and private clients with the appointment of Lynda Richards as an Associate in the Wills, Trusts & Tax team in Shrewsbury.
Lynda, who joins Aaron & Partners from a leading national firm, specialises in advising business owners, landowners and high net worth individuals on succession and inheritance tax planning.
As a keen equestrian, Lynda also advises on non-contentious equine related matters, such as loan and livery agreements.
Lynda said: “This is a very exciting time to be joining the firm as it continues to grow in Shropshire and the wider area. I am looking forward to the challenges that my role within the firm will bring.”
The appointment of the Wills, Trusts & Tax specialist forms part of the ongoing expansion programme, which sees Aaron & Partners recruiting specialist lawyers for both its Shrewsbury and Chester offices.
Team leader Clive Pointon said: “Lynda’s skills and expertise bring just the right touch to our Shrewsbury client base and I look forward to helping Lynda grow the team as we continue to increase our offering in Shropshire.”
Lynda is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is described by the leading legal directory UK Legal 500 as ‘excellent – absolutely able, thorough and efficient’.
