Remarkable Group acquires PR agency

Remarkable Group, the communications and public consultation specialist, which opened its Manchester office in Exchange Quay earlier this year, has completed the acquisition of city-based Pendragon Public Relations, creating Remarkable Pendragon.

The amount of the acquisition has not been disclosed.

The deal brings together the highly experienced Pendragon team, led by expert Alex Doyle, with Remarkable’s 70 staff.

The acquisition of Pendragon is the latest step in an expansion drive at Remarkable and follows the opening of three regional offices this year in Manchester, Bristol and Cardiff, to complement existing offices in London and Winchester.
