Seven new tenants at Warrington’s Bank Quay House
Bank Quay House, a 26,000 sq ft business centre located in Warrington town centre, has just completed a total of seven lettings, and all to new occupiers in the building.
The new occupiers include Reed Recruitment, KB Logic, TAB Management, Elite Promotions & Marketing, Evo Systems, Radiology Reporting Online and Precise Marketing Solutions.
Simon Roddam of Warrington commercial property agency BE Group commented “The Warrington office market is performing well, with take up exceeding the 200,000 sq ft mark at the end of Q3 2014.
“We have seen an increase in demand for smaller office accommodation in Warrington town centre, and Bank Quay House’s offer has really hit the mark with footloose occupiers seeking quality office accommodation on flexible terms”.
Bank Quay House is owned and directly managed by Python Properties, a property company focusing on bespoke high quality town centre offices.
Martin Johnson, one of the founding partners of Python Properties commented “Since purchasing the property in 2006, we have completely redeveloped the building into what we believe is now Warrington town centre’s most successful office building.
“From completely stripping the building back to its shell, the building has received a comprehensive refurbishment which included putting in place an art gallery and café on the ground floor.
“This amenity within the building, along with Python’s can do attitude to lettings, has provided a vibrant and successful facility for Warrington’s businesses and community”.
Bank Quay House is located on Sankey Street in Warrington, and is jointly marketed by BE Group and Altus Eileen Bilton.
The building has only two office suites still available offering space for a 3 – 12 person office.
