Two deals see Liverpool Waters’ King Edward Industrial Estate fully let
The King Edward Industrial Estate in Liverpool city centre is now fully let following the completion of two deals.
The 315.92 sq m (3,401 sq ft) unit 8 has been let to vehicle fleet leasing company Sefton Hire Ltd, while the 311.1 sq m (3,349 sq ft) unit 10 has been let to Ashtead Plant Hire Company Ltd. The companies join other tenants such as Printfine Limited, Durastic Limited and A Plant Hire.
Ian Pollitt, development investment surveyor at Peel Land and Property (Ports) Limited said: “We understand that there are a range of options in the city for companies looking for space of this kind. It is therefore doubly pleasing that King Edward Industrial Estate is now fully let.
“It is a superb location in terms of both its accessibility and waterfront position. It’s proven to be a popular choice with businesses over the years and we’re sure it will continue to be so.
King Edward Industrial Estate is located at Gibraltar Row, Liverpool adjacent to Princess Dock and Princes Half-Tide Dock. It also falls within the Mersey Waters Enterprise Zone.
