It's all about location, location, location for happy house hunters in Stratford-upon-Avon

A lucky couple have upgraded to a luxurious four-bedroom home in their dream location of Stratford-upon-Avon thanks to a Part Exchange scheme available from a leading housebuilder.

Diane Flanner, and husband, Keith, moved into their dream home at Meon View, a Charles Church development in Long Marston, simply because it was too good an offer to miss.

Diane, 61, who commutes to Birmingham three times a week for her job as a Project Controller, said: “We always wanted to settle down near the Cotswolds but thought it was a distant dream, so we were over the moon to find out that Charles Church was building here.

“We admired the quality of homes that Charles Church builds so buying our dream home in our dream location was definitely an opportunity we didn’t want to miss out on.

The happy couple, who have settled into their new neighbourhood with ease, said they wouldn’t have made the move without the scheme.

“I had been looking for a new house in this area for over a year but Keith wasn’t so keen to make the move because of the stresses involved in selling our home.

“So when we found out we were eligible for the Part Exchange scheme with Charles Church we were over the moon. The scheme was perfect for us as it took away all the hassle and pressure of selling our previous property. We wouldn’t have made the move without it.”

The couple, who stepped up the property ladder from a three-bedroom house in the Hall Green area of Birmingham to a spacious four-bedroom detached house, said they couldn’t be happier.

“We love everything about our new home and our new neighbourhood. The layout of the Kedleston design is stunning and the amount of space you get for the price is amazing. “Our neighbours are great. There’s a real community feel here that we didn’t get in the 33 years we lived in our old home. We wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.”

Part Exchange is a popular initiative which is ideal for those looking to move up to a larger home.

Alastair Parsons, sales and marketing director at Charles Church South Midlands, said: “We take pride in the service we offer our customers and get a great deal of pleasure in seeing Keith and Diane so happy in their new home.”

“For customers like the Flanners, who take advantage of the Charles Church Part Exchange scheme, things couldn’t be more straightforward. We will arrange for at least two valuations, agree a market price and, and on receipt of an acceptable survey report, buy your existing property.

“There are no hidden marketing costs and no chains to break down, helping to make your move faster and smoother.”

Nestled amongst the beautiful Warwickshire countryside at the foot of Meon Hill, Meon View is a tranquil haven just five miles away from the sophisticated shopping and dining experience available in Stratford.

Set in a picturesque rural area, the development has excellent road and rail links providing easy access to major cities including Birmingham, London, Oxford and Cheltenham.

Prices start from £334,995*.
