London invoicing company Obellix raises $4.7 million to help SMEs
Poole and London-based invoicing platformI Obillex has raised $4.7 million from Dawn Capital and MMC Ventures.
The platform allows small businesses to settle invoices early by using the ‘pay-me-now’ function, with a private markets investor putting forward the funds.
Obillex work alongside a government regulated trustee to ensure payments are correct and on time.
Josh Bell, who is a partner at Dawn Capital and is joining the Obillex board, told TechCityNews: “We believe Obillex’s proprietary product and strong team are well-placed to win in this market.
“The investment will be used for product development and the rollout of the service across the UK.
“We’re about to launch a brand new website. Before we go live we need your help to make sure we create the best user experience possible.”
