Miers Construction Products sets up at Langtree’s Warrington Central
Miers Construction Products, a supplier of building accessories, has taken a 19,472 sq ft industrial unit on a four year lease at Langtree’s Warrington Central Trading Estate moving its North West base from Newton-le-Willows.
Situated on Bewsey Road, immediately adjacent to the Halliwell Jones Stadium, Warrington Central Trading Estate is within walking distance of the town centre, close to the Liverpool – Manchester rail network at Warrington Central station and next to the main A49 trunk road linking the town to the motorway network at Junction nine of the M62.
Director at Miers Construction Products, Tim Nicholson said: “We needed additional space to ensure that we were able to continue to provide the very best service to our customers.
“We needed an easily accessible location which also gave us great accommodation.
“Fortunately, we were able to find everything we needed at Warrington Central and it’s great to be part of the town’s business community.
“The construction sector is often thought of as a barometer of economic health and there’s no doubt that the current situation is better now than it has been for a number of years.
“Our investment in our new home is a sign of our commitment to the region and our belief in its continued prosperity.”
