North East Stag and Hen Company Celebrates 15th Birthday

Gateshead based Last Night of Freedom celebrate their 15th birthday today as the company continues to go from strength to strength.

LNOF Managing Director Matt Mavir, who formed the business 15 years ago said “I can’t believe we are fifteen already, I remember all those years ago in my bedroom when I decided to start the business and to see where we have got to now is amazing.”

Matt who started the business to fill what he saw as a gap in the market has seen his business grow into new offices in Gateshead, over 40 staff and a new warehouse facility.

“We are continuing to achieve great growth and are constantly having to recruit to keep up with the demand. We have sent away over 25,000 Stag and Hen weekends and our very own Newcastle is one of the most popular locations. With over 60 locations available for people to choose from including Las Vegas and the North Pole we certainly offer something for everyone” said Matt.

Alongside sending groups away for their Stag or Hen weekends LNOF also offer one of the biggest ranges of Hen and Stag accessories and costumes in the UK. From Tiara’s and L plates to a full pink Gorilla outfit the shop has something for everyone.

Matt added “The North East has been a great location for us to be based and everyone knows you can’t organise a good party without a Geordie being involved. We have exciting plans for the future and are really looking forward to continuing to grow the business.”
