You can never quite predict when a product might increase in demand – whether that is at Christmas or another seasonal peak throughout the year. That’s why it is so important to take a moment now to ensure your business is ready in the event of a potential avalanche of demand. This could happen at any time in the run up to the big day, even Christmas Eve. Make sure staff are fully briefed and that you have extra hands available to fulfil additional orders if needed.
