Rahman Lowe Solicitors ranked as a “Leading Firm” by the Legal 500

Specialist employment law firm, Rahman Lowe Solicitors, has been ranked as a “leading firm” in employment law by the Legal 500 guide to the UK Legal Profession.

Rahman Lowe is a niche firm of employment lawyers based in Canary Wharf, London. The firm acts for both businesses and senior executives and advises on a wide range of complex issues from whistleblowing and discrimination claims to high value bonus disputes and redundancies.

The Legal 500 is an independent guide, and the firms and individuals are recommended purely on merit. It is the largest independent guide to law firms and provides the most comprehensive worldwide coverage on recommended law firms.

Jahad Rahman, founding partner, said: “We are delighted to be recognised as one of London’s top employment law firms. We are also pleased that our continuing growth and profile in the market has been recognised by the world’s largest legal referral guide. The recommendation acknowledges our commitment to providing a high quality, partner-led service and our commerical approach to employment law is appreciated by the market.

We believe that our ongoing investment in our staff and resources will enable us to better serve our clients and the firm will continue to go from strength to strength.“

The Legal 500 states: “The “excellent” Jahad Rahman leads the team at Rahman Lowe Solicitors. It is experienced in advising executives from the financial services sector on issues including whistleblowing and discrimination.”

The firm has also bolstered its capability by appointing employment partner, Sarah Lowe, from City law firm Field Fisher Waterhouse. Sarah is an established litigator with a wealth of experience concerning work place disputes and, in particular, bullying, harassment and stress at work claims. Jahad Rahman said: “Sarah has considerable experience of advising both employers and employees. There has been a significant increase in work related stress claims in the City, particularly in the financial services sector where working excessively long hours is the norm.

As we continue to expand, it is essential that we have key people in place to support our ongoing growth strategy, and Sarah’s appointment will also help us to further expand our portfolio of services.“
