21st century living comes to Ranmoor with Coda

PLANS for a one-off luxury eco home in Sheffield’s exclusive Ranmoor area have been approved by Sheffield City Council.

The ultra-contemporary home has been created by designers from award-winning Sheffield architectural consultancy Coda Studios and will be built by Jaguar Estates on land at Snaithing Lane in one of the most sought after residential areas of the city.

“This building really does represent the ultimate in 21st century living,” said Coda Managing Director David Cross.

“Every care has been taken to ensure that it meets all the standards for eco-living.

“At the same time, though, we were very aware that this was a home that had to sit comfortably within a well established and much loved residential area so although the look is strikingly contemporary it is also designed to complement its immediate surroundings.

“Following on from the success of a similar project at nearby Storth Hollow for Jaguar Estates, we are successfully developing a style that can maximise on the potential for development of this popular neighbourhood without in any way detracting from what already exists.”

Coda also designed another recently completed contemporary luxury home on Stumperlowe Crescent Road along with Coda’s Managing Director David Cross’s own award-winning self-build home in Darwin Lane at Ranmoor.
