Liverpool’s Vast Visibility lets offices at Princes Dock

Peel has let its ground floor river-facing office at No 8. Princes Dock to Vast Visibility.

Vast Visibility is a digital marketing and technology company that specialises in comparison software for a range of different clients and sites like The Bike Insurer.

It is relocating from its current office in Southport to the 3,100-sq.ft. office which has been taken on a five-year lease and offers spectacular views across the River Mersey.

In addition to three Grade A office buildings, Princes Dock is home to two high quality hotels; the Crowne Plaza and Malmaison, three luxury apartment towers and a 760 space multi storey car park.

Princes Dock, Liverpool Waters is a hub of business activity set in 14.5 hectares, within the £7 billion redevelopment scheme of Liverpool waterfront; Liverpool Waters, which received Central Government approval for the planning permission in March 2013.

The Liverpool Waters vision involves regenerating a 60 hectare historic dockland site to create a world-class, high-quality, mixed use waterfront quarter in central Liverpool.

Asset manager at Peel Liza Marco said: “Princes Dock has established itself as an integral part of the office market on Liverpool’s waterfront.

“Over the last few years we have seen a number of existing tenants expand within Princes Dock and we have also been able to attract many new tenants.

“We attribute the current high occupancy rate to the excellent quality of the environment and buildings, the range of on site amenities and the ability to offer business rates relief via its Enterprise Zone status”.
