Expanding the Conveyancing Team for the Stockton Market

Tilly Bailey & Irvine Solicitors has doubled the size of the conveyancing team in its Stockton office as it aims to meet the needs of more house buyers and sellers in the Tees Valley.

The law firm has recruited Sharon Crosby, a licensed conveyancer who specialises in the residential sector, and an additional administrator, Diane McKenner.

Sharon has nearly 25 years’ experience in conveyancing, most recently running her own independent conveyancing consultancy in Hartlepool. Diane has been training with Sharon for the last 12 months. Sharon commented: “We both get on very well with the established team here, and are all keen to work to raise the profile of Tilly Bailey & Irvine’s Conveyancing service and put ourselves front of mind for anyone buying or selling in Stockton area.”

She added: “The rules and requirements in conveyancing are regularly changing, and it’s vital that anyone buying or selling a home has access to a team that is up to date and committed to putting the customer first, giving them the very best advice.”

Sharon lives in Billingham with her husband and two teenage children. Diane lives with her husband and two children in Hartlepool.
