Santa Claus is coming to KidsOut thanks to Barratt Homes
Barratt Homes’ Yorkshire West division is playing Father Christmas this December, and taking part in the ‘Giving Tree’ initiative to support disadvantaged children.
The ‘Giving Tree’ supports the charity KidsOut. The charity aims to continuously make a difference to disadvantaged children, and provide presents to those not fortunate enough to receive them every year. Barratt employees are being encouraged to choose a gift tag from the Giving Tree, and buy a present for the child, to be collected by the KidsOut team on the 19th December.
Ian Ruthven, Managing Director at Barratt & David Wilson Homes Yorkshire West, commented: “The ‘Giving Tree’ initiative is a fantastic idea. Christmas is a time to bring people together, and spread festive cheer to those less fortunate. KidsOut is a great charity and I’m delighted that so many Barratt & David Wilson homes staff are backing the campaign. We will be supplying a number of women and children refuges in the area with gifts, where children may have otherwise not received presents this year.”
