Town Centre Securities car park subsidiary gets a revamp as part of £9 million investment
Leeds-based propery developer Town Centre Securities’ car park subsidiary has seen a revamp as part of a £9 million investment programme which has also seen the refurbishment of its Merrion Centre branch.
CitiPark is the new name for Town Centre Car Parks as the leading car park operator undergoes a rebrand to reflect its rapid expansion.
CitiPark comes as the business embarks on an ambitious growth strategy with plans to expand the number of car parks it operates across the country over the next five years.
This approach has seen the business recently acquire a multi-storey car park in Ilford, London, with the capital a key strategic location for growth.
The new brand is being launched through a high profile advertising campaign, new signage across its estate and a series of customer-facing events in January.
Ben Ziff, managing director of CitiPark, said: “With car parks in Leeds, Manchester and London boasting around 4,400 car parking spaces, we have enjoyed great success as Town Centre Car Parks. However, we felt that our rapid expansion had caused us to outgrow our current brand.
“The new CitiPark brand will tie in closely with our focus on industry-leading technology, first class customer service and investment into energy efficiency.
“Continued investment into branches, technology and people will ensure our key values of customer safety, cleanliness, great value and highly trained staff are maintained and enhanced as we continue our exciting growth journey.
“Our Merrion Centre car park in Leeds is our flagship branch and we are extremely proud of what we have achieved here.”
Mr Ziff added that further upgrades would be made across its 10-strong estate, consisting of four car parks in Leeds, including first direct Arena, five in Manchester and one in London over the coming months. CitiPark is set to announce more details on its expansion plans in the new year.
