Manchester-based Capital for Colleagues advises PR and marketing consultancy

Manchester-based Capital for Colleagues, the investment vehicle focused on opportunities in the employee owned business (‘EOB’) sector, has advised St Brides Partners Limited (‘St Brides’) on its transition to becoming an employee owned business.

St Brides is a financial public relations company based in London, which has established a reputation as a consultancy focussed on advising growth companies.

Peter Matthews, the Managing Director of Capital for Colleagues Ownership Partners Limited, led the advisory process with St Brides.
