The bolton-based creative agency was started with no external funding something that it said made cash-flow tight in the early days but gave it the freedom to build its identity without compromise
Managing Director, David Ingram said: “ We’re a creative agency, but we’re heavily focused on our clients commercial goals.
“One problem we found businesses had with the creative market was their struggle to understand ROI, and we’ve built our business around plugging this gap.
“We’ve seen huge organic success, and while we want to continue to grow, we want to ensure our delivery, service and quality maintain the high standards we set out when we were a small team.
“The easiest thing is maintaining the passion to improve.
“I’m driven by quality and delivery, so I don’t find any struggles in staying motivated to improve.
“We’re a vibrant and creative business, but ultimately we’re very commercially focused, and we’re proud that our team know their numbers.”
