Development of 250 new build properties coming soon to Amble

People looking for a new build home in Amble will soon have a choice of homes to choose from with the launch of Coquet Grange.

The development by Persimmon Homes North East will consist of 250 properties including a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes.

The first homes are due to be released for sale late January, but homebuyers are being urged to register their interest now to have the pick of the plots.

Coquet Grange is one of a number of developments by Persimmon Homes across Northumberland.

The site, which is on the outskirts of Amble, benefits from a stunning marina, beautiful countryside as well as sandy beaches.

The developer is also building new homes in Ashington, Cramlington, Bedlington and Blyth.
