Manchester office of Lubrizol to expand labs
Lubrizol, which employ 80 people at their Hexagon Tower site in Manchester, announce plans to expand its technical support labs.
The multi-national company also reported that acquisitions are being worked on.
The company develops chemicals, covered by patents that reduce their environmental impact for their customers.
Business director of Lubrizol at Hexagon Tower Peter Bloyce, said: “Lubrizol develops unique innovative products that are covered by patent, and designed to meet our customers unmet needs and then technically supports them so as they can best achieve the desired cost effective results - helping our customers win versus our non-customers.
“Many of our key products are unique and differentiated versus competition, they have good technical value propositions which our customers recognise and pay for.
“Lubrizol is an exciting and fast moving place to work with lots of innovative products being developed in Manchester.”
