Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking partners with Three Rivers District Council to improve banking facilities

Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking has teamed up with Three Rivers District Council to provide the authority with ongoing banking facilities.

The agreement comes after the council concluded its relationship with its previous banking provider.

The partnership will see the bank’s specialist Government team work with council management to maintain high quality service provision whilst streamlining financial outgoings to be more efficient and effective.

As part of this, the Lloyds Bank team will provide an entirely bespoke service to the council, whilst working with its respective departments and teams to become familiar with their processes, and to tailor the services to best meet its specific requirements.

Lloyds Bank’s investment in electronic banking is also set to help the authority to effectively manage their finances by providing daily statements for all accounts, as well as faster transactions to maximise efficiency.

Chris Francis, relationship director at Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking, said: “Lloyds Bank is committed to driving economic growth by helping local authority partners to identify the very best processes to provide optimum service to their communities.

“Our specialist Government team offers unrivalled expertise in banking services for local authorities, and our appointment by Three Rivers District Council reinforces the comprehensive service we offer. We look forward to our continued work with management as we help them to maximise efficiency throughout their departments.”
