Newcastle based iam-sold have topped off a great year by moving up the Essential Information Groups (EIG) UK 2014 league tables.
This massive improvement moves the company from overall fifth position to fourth, in terms of number of lots sold. This change highlights the phenomenal growth of iam-sold over the last 12 months. The company was also fourth in the league when it came to sales rates, impressively achieving in excess of 85% conversions. This represents an increase in sales of 17.3% on 2013, with total company sales of 1877 which is made up of 400 online and 1477 live auction sales.
Jamie Cooke, sales director at iam-sold said: “We are very pleased with the results for 2014 which show our impressive growth, and our continued investment in our partner agents network is clearly paying dividends.”
The company is launching a number of new initiatives and developments in 2015 including expansion into Scotland, further growth in the North West, and a range of new products that fit perfectly with the strategic growth of the company. The announcement is the culmination of a fantastic team effort combined with a phenomenally successful year that has seen explosive growth within the company.
Jamie Cooke continued: “With our recent Sunday Times Award for Best Supplier and these EIG results coupled with our continued expansion and launching of new, complementary products this year, we really are a company going places – our aim is to climb even higher up this league.”
The company is facing some tough competition to climb higher - Allsop, Auction House, and Sequence currently occupy the top 3 positions. However, with planning already in place for 2015 and further expansion already happening, this will only be a matter of time.
