Knight Frank all set to storm the Citadel in Hull
The Leeds office of global property consultancy Knight Frank has been appointed to market Citadel House, a Grade A office building in the centre of Hull.
Knight Frank will be working jointly with Hull-based commercial property agents Garness Jones to market the 17,000 sq ft building at 54-58 High Street, Hull.
Eamon Fox, partner in charge of office agency at Knight Frank in Leeds, commented: “This is a fantastic opportunity to lease some quality office space in the centre of Hull. It is unique to have a self-contained building of this size and quality in the market.
“We expect strong demand from the offshore and the legal sectors, both of which are going from strength to strength in Hull. The modern, air-conditioned offices are of Grade A standard on five floors, and can be sub-divided with space starting from 4,000 sq ft. The rent is £12.50 per sq ft.
“There are also 22 car parking spaces, which is a tremendous bonus in the centre of Hull. Overall this is a tremendous opportunity to lease first-class offices and we expect a great deal of interest,” he added.
Paul White of Garness Jones explained: “Citadel House is prominently situated, fronting High Street in in the heart of Hull’s commercial business district, whilst the surrounding streets form part of Hull’s historic ‘Old Town’. The main railway station, bus terminal and extensive city centre amenities are just a short walk away.
“The neighbouring occupiers are predominantly legal and professional firms, financial companies and Government departments, with the Law Courts close by. Trinity Wharf, a popular residential development, is next to Citadel House, with the waterfront to the rear,” said Mr White.
This is the third prestigious new office instruction which the Leeds office of Knight Frank has been awarded this year, following on from Broad Gate and No 1 Whitehall Riverside in Leeds.
