Preston’s energy procurement consultancy Inspired Energy’s revenues up 35%
Preston’s Inspired Energy an energy procurement consultant to UK corporates and SMEs announced its group revenue is up by 35%.
This means that its adjusted pre-tax profit will be slightly ahead of expectations.
The groups corporate division made sales of £10 million this year compared to £8.8 million for the same period last year.
It’s SME division has been heavily invested in and managed to produce £3.3 million in sales.
Managing Director of Inspired Energy, Janet Thornton, said: “I am very proud of the Group’s achievements over the past year which has seen a significant increase in business across the UK.
“Our core Corporate division continues to perform very strongly, surpassing order book sales of £10.0 million in the year.
“We are extremely proud of the growth of our committed order book which has increased by £3.0 million to £14.0 million in the year.
“This is testament to the hard work of the team.
“The SME division continues to outperform our initial expectations.
“With the structures and team now in place, we are seeing continued growth into the current year and a very strong platform of new customers.”
