Law team celebrates achieving accreditation
The Wills, Trusts and Tax team at Aaron & Partners LLP has cemented its place as the region’s leader after being awarded a prestigious accreditation.
The WTT team, the largest of its kind in Cheshire and North Wales, gained the Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme accreditation from The Law Society following a rigorous assessment process.
Clive Pointon, Head of Wills, Trusts and Tax, said: “We’re absolutely delighted to have been awarded the WIQs accreditation.
“It’s a huge step towards solidifying our place as the leading team in Chester and the wider region. Not only are we the largest team, but we are also the most qualified, which is hugely important to clients seeking specialist advice on such matters.”
The Wills, Trusts and Tax team at Aaron & Partners also has the most lawyers with Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) qualifications, the worldwide professional association for those advising families, promoting best practice, professional integrity and education to its members.
Andy Duxbury, CEO of Aaron & Partners, said: “This accreditation marks another significant step in the firm being recognised as a specialist provider of high quality legal advice.
“The importance of instructing experts in such critical areas of law has never been higher, and the WIQs accreditation helps to confirm our status as the go-to firm in the region.”
