£2.5 million worth of building contracts are ‘up for grabs’ for Manchester’s SMEs.
Bullock Construction is seeking a range of specialist SMEs to complete internal and external works on its upcoming £2.5 million new build housing project.
SMEs that specialise in drainage, joinery, electrical installations and landscaping are being asked to to meet with Bullock Construction.
The first phase of the project in Trafford will see £30 million invested in the Old Trafford area with work to start at the start of March.
Operations manager at Bullock Construction, Simon Hogg, said: “It’s important to us to contribute to the local economies where we build so we’re keen to establish a local supply chain in Greater Manchester for this project,” according to Builder and Engineer.
