CBRE secures lettings at Liverpool Innovation Park
CBRE’s Liverpool office has secured two lettings at Liverpool Innovation Park totaling 9,600 sq ft as the firm works with the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) on its plans for the future of the scheme.
Existing tenant, Liverpool Community Health (LCH) has committed to the scheme for a further 10 years, with a 5,600 sq ft suite and CBRE has also let 4,000 sq ft to Red Production Limited who has produced some of the UK’s most popular drama series’ including Happy Valley and Last Tango In Halifax.
In addition, existing occupiers David Twigg Consulting Limited, Hyperion Executive Search, Araya Facilities Services Limited and Tecmark Limited have committed to new tenancy agreements.
In addition to the work CBRE is doing to improve occupancy levels, the firm’s building consultancy team is currently advising the HCA on its investment plans for the park which are now underway.
These include the demolition of some existing buildings in the coming weeks, following which a new road will be created to access further car parking which will be finished in July.
Additionally, the HCA is replacing the roof on the main building to improve efficiency and create designated tenant rooftop plant areas. All the works will further enhance the look and feel of the park as well as future-proofing it.
Senior Surveyor of Asset Services at CBRE’s Liverpool Office, David Tyson, said; “We are delighted to be continuing our successful relationship with the HCA by securing additional high profile lettings.
“The ongoing commitment by the HCA in investing in the park has attracted new occupiers, ensured the retention of existing tenants and will undoubtedly secure its long-term success. “Liverpool Innovation Park has built a superb reputation as a vibrant business hub and our team is committed to ensuring the ongoing success and management of the site.”
Senior Area Manager at HCA, Carol Sutton, said; “We are pleased to see that the Park continues to see growth in lettings with more in the pipeline.
“Our investment in further improvements to the site is just one example of how we are supporting local economic growth.”
