Ison Harrison solicitors enhances client service with ShoreTel
Leeds law firm Ison Harrison has enhanced client service and reduced business telephony costs, thanks to its deployment of a ShoreTel Unified Communications (UC) telephone system from Manchester-based business communications solution provider, Incom Business Systems.
Established in 1978, the Leeds law firm has grown substantially in recent years through mergers, and now employs over 160 staff operating from eight sites across Leeds and the surrounding area. With six different telephone systems in use, the firm needed to replace its expensive to maintain legacy telephony system, which limited efficient staff and client communications.
Based on Incom’s recommendation, the firm has rolled out ShoreTel’s Unified Communications (UC) platform, which integrates staff across multiple offices for simplified internal communications, routing every call effectively and ensuring that no calls are missed. Deploying 20 SIP trunks, Ison Harrison has cut line rental costs, removed inter-office call charges and consolidated the number of lines required, significantly reducing the total cost of ownership for the firm’s entire business telephony needs.
