Manchester-based Tecmark secures six figure funding
Manchester-based Tecmark has secured six figure funding from The North West Fund for Digital & Creative.
The injection of cash will allow the founders to develop the agency’s current offering in Manchester and to fuel the growth of their recently opened Liverpool office.
The agency specialises in designing and implementing content led digital marketing campaigns and SEO, with a client portfolio across these services that includes Saga and Travelbag.co.uk.
Tecmark was founded in 2008 by Richard Heyes and Kevin Jones, and is based in Piccadilly, Manchester.
The North West Fund for Digital & Creative is part of The North West Fund and is financed by the European Regional Development Fund and the European Investment Bank.
Co-founder of Tecmark, Richard Heyes, said: “The additional funding will facilitate our ambitious growth plans both in Manchester and Liverpool.
“We’ll be continuing to invest in technology and tools for marketing teams, we have recently launched our Content Marketing Training Academy and we will continue to bolster our service delivery teams and offerings. It’s an incredibly exciting time for us.”
Investment Manager of AXM Venture Capital, which manages The North West Fund for Digital & Creative, Rupert Wingate-Saul, said: “Our funding will support Tecmark’s growth in terms of geographical expansion, reinforcing its Liverpool presence, and in developing its own unique technology platform.
“We have great confidence in this management team based on their success to date in building a seven figure revenue business with a market-leading expertise in digital marketing.”
