Business training and consultancy – improving business processes and manufacturing operations.

ISO 9001:2008 is an internationally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). It is designed to provide companies with a set of principles that ensure a systematic approach to achieving customer satisfaction. ISO certification is firmly established as the globally implemented standard for providing assurance about the ability to satisfy quality requirements and to enhance customer satisfaction in supplier-customer relationships.

On receipt of the award Kim English, director said, “The award of certification follows many months of hard work by everyone at BTA. Certification clearly demonstrates our strong commitment to meeting the requirements of an internationally recognised management system to support the companies’ commitment and plan to continuously improve”
