Fletchers Solicitors lauches new medical negligence marketing network

A new marketing network for medical negligence law firms has been launched by one of the UK’s leading serious injury and medical negligence law firm Fletchers Solicitors.

The Medical Law Network has been created to bring together some of the leading medical negligence solicitors in England and Wales to provide support and expertise for people who have suffered at the hands of a negligent medical professional.

The network offers top law firms an effective way of bringing their services to market and reach more people, rather than having to work with a traditional claims management company. It also ensures the British public gets better access to some of the UK’s most experienced medical negligence practitioners that can deal with their case.

The team at the Medical Law Network will be the first port of call for all enquiries coming into the network, and will screen all leads before they are passed to the panel for review and allocated to a law firm member to handle the case.

Expert law firms that demonstrate a passion and dedication to fighting for those who have suffered negligent medical care are invited to apply to join the network. By paying a fixed monthly contribution towards the provision of services provided by the group, and its marketing efforts, the law firms will, in return, receive quality, vetted, medical negligence cases to work on.

Currently four leading law firms have joined the panel, which is already generating 1 in 10 cases within the UK, making it one of the largest medical negligence marketing schemes in the country.
