Taylor&Emmet Invites Injured to Drop In Claims Clinic

Sheffield’s Taylor&Emmet LLP is opening its doors to help local people find out if they are entitled to compensation for injuries caused by neglect or human error.

Throughout March, the firm’s personal injury team will be welcoming residents to free lunchtime drop in sessions at which they can discuss their case with an expert solicitor.

The personal injury surgeries will start next Wednesday (March 4) at Taylor&Emmet’s Arundel Gate offices in Sheffield city centre and run weekly from 1pm to 2pm. Members of the public can call in during these times without an appointment if they would like advice about any type of injury claim, including accidents at work, in public places, in road traffic incidents or elsewhere.

Jonathan Stittle, head of Taylor&Emmet’s personal injury department, said: “We recognise many of our clients have mobility issues and we aim to make seeing a solicitor as convenient as possible. By holding free surgeries, people working or shopping in the city centre can drop in at a time that suits them to discover the basics of making a personal injury claim for issues such as loss of earnings, medical bills and ongoing care.”

These lunchtime sessions complement regular personal injury surgeries held at Taylor&Emmet’s Dronfield office on Wednesday evenings from 5pm to 7pm. In both cases, specialists are on hand to offer advice on the potential success of claims, their value and funding.

During March, Taylor&Emmet’s personal injury team will also be blogging about recent cases to demonstrate how they have helped clients get their lives back on track. To find out more, telephone (0114) 218 4000, visit www.tayloremmet.co.uk/backontrack or follow the firm on Twitter @tayloremmet.
