Box recognised as top company to work for
Box UK continues to build on its reputation as one of the UK’s top employers with today’s announcement that it is one of The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work for in 2015.
The software development consultancy’s accolade is the result of Box UK’s extraordinary commitment to its employees, with staff providing confidential survey feedback across a number of different areas including career development, motivation and values.
The Sunday Times lists are compiled by workplace best practice specialists Best Companies as part of the most extensive research into employee engagement in the country, ranking organisations according to opinions gathered through employee surveys.
Box UK’s Managing Director, Benno Wasserstein says, “Being named as one of The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For is an amazing accomplishment, and we’re incredibly proud to see our efforts being recognised at national level. We understand the importance of a high-performance environment to both individual and organisational growth, and are committed to providing all team members with the skills and support they need to achieve their potential; this award is a great reflection of our success in achieving this aim.”
This latest announcement is a key milestone for Box UK in its mission to be known as one of the best employers in the industry, after achieving the Investors in People (IIP) Silver accreditation awarded to only six per cent of IIP applicants. Building upon the “culture of engagement and people focus” highlighted in this IIP assessment, the company continues to launch new and improved initiatives, enhancing the office environment, investing in training and development opportunities, as well as continuing its charitable and community activities.
