Carpenter Box invests in new Gatwick office
West Sussex and Gatwick-based chartered accountants and chartered tax advisers, Carpenter Box has invested in new office space in the heart of the Gatwick Diamond.
Carpenter Box, a firm of chartered accountants, auditors and chartered tax advisers based in Worthing, employs 120 staff and 11 partners and provides accountancy solutions to more than 4,500 clients.
The firm opened for business in the Beehive in City Place Gatwick at the beginning of 2014.
Just 12 months later, the company has signed a lease to take 2,000 square foot of office space at Peveril Court on the London Road in Crawley.
Last month, Alan Edwards was appointed as managing partner to help drive forward the firm’s ongoing expansion.
Chris Coopey, the firm’s practice director said: “Our sector based approach to providing business advice has seen us winning a considerable number of new clients in the area in the last 12 months, so this investment reflects our confidence both in our ability to attract new business based on the quality of our service as well as the positive economic outlook for the Gatwick area.
“We will be establishing a team of professionals in Peveril Court who will offer the full range of our services to both new and existing clients.”
The new offices are being refurbished ahead of an expected opening date at the end of March.
