New insurance startup launched in Newcastle
A new venture aimed insurance brokers has been launched in Newcastle and will lead to the creation of more jobs in the area.
On Insurance, based on Heaton Road, offers brokers a range of value added products to enhance motor, family and commercial insurance policies allowing them to provide bespoke packages to their customers which can be tailored to their individual needs.
Headed up by Mike Brown, On Insurance has been established to meet growing demand for compliant, quality insurance policies which offer the flexibility to include additional cover options and enable brokers to ensure their customers benefit from the option of effectively building policies that meet their own particular requirements.
Mike Brown, National Insurance Sales Manager at On Insurance has over 40 years insurance experience in both commercial and personal lines business at senior management and boardroom level working for the likes of AA Insurance Services, RAC Insurance Services and Willis.
He said: “When it comes to insurance, customers want to be certain that their policies – whether it’s for their vehicle, home or business – provide them with exactly the sort of cover that they require.
“They also want to be sure that they are paying for the cover they actually feel they require and not incurring higher charges for extras which are automatically included but they essentially feel they have no need for.
“On Insurance provides a broker with the flexibility to enhance each policy in the areas that matter to their customers; effectively allowing them to build a bespoke option that is individual to them.”
