O’Connor’s Bar & Grill hosts St Patrick’s Festival
O’Connor’s Bar & Grill is set to mark St Patrick’s Day in true Irish style this year with a five-day festival.
The Irish-inspired venue, which is located within Sefton Park Hotel, will host a series of on-going merriments from Friday March 13 to Tuesday March 17, to pay homage to the annual cultural celebration.
Chief Executive Conor O’Donovan and his team are preparing to go all out this year by serving a wide array of suitably themed drinks and dishes, which will run throughout the festival. Likewise, to mark Paddy’s Day with a bang, guests will also be treated to live music performances on the evening of Tuesday 17.
Conor said: “We are very excited to host the inaugural St Patrick’s Festival at our recently refurbished venue. People from Liverpool always make a fantastic effort when celebrating St. Patrick’s Day so we thought why limit the celebrations to just one day?
“As this is the first celebration of its kind for us, we hope to set a very high benchmark for its years to come at O’Connor’s.“
The celebratory St Patrick’s menu features an array of classic Irish food and drink with a contemporary twist including Irish stew, Irish whiskey cocktails, Baileys Irish Cream cheesecake and many more.
Conor added: “As a fellow Irishman, I intend to showcase the authentic Irish heritage contained within the restaurant and bar to boost guests’ understanding of all things Irish!
_“For those who want to enjoy good-old Irish food, drink and entertainment - come and join us for the ultimate Paddy’s pa_rty.”
