Frontline posts six-year best as recruitment booms

Careers specialists Frontline Recruitment have experienced their best start to a year since 2009, with both new clients won and the number of people placed in jobs rising to their highest level in 6 years.

Frontline placed an impressive 552 new candidates in jobs in the first seven weeks of 2015, whilst also winning 30 new clients during January (a rise of 150 per cent on January 2014) and seeing profits rise by 20 per cent year on year.

The new figures are typical of a period of sustained growth for Frontline Recruitment, which was established in 2000, and now has five offices across the Midlands and south-west. The firm has started the year with three new recruits after adding Emily Espinosa, Adam Hutchinson and Liam Faulkner as Recruitment Consultants. Meanwhile, the Derby office is expanding further with the addition of a new Engineering & Technology Desk.

Co-founder of Frontline Recruitment, Tony Wilmot, said: “We’re extremely pleased with the way the first few weeks of 2015 have gone for us, and our clients and candidates. With unemployment falling and businesses now implementing their growth plans, Frontline Recruitment is perfectly placed to meet staffing needs, as well as kick-start the careers of hundreds of people each week.

“The figures from the first few weeks have come about because we’re using our knowledge of the local market to actively create jobs for people – be they on a temporary or permanent basis. Our new Engineering & Technology Desk in Derby, along with the new starters in our Leicester and Nottingham offices, combined with a doubling of new client wins across our entire company puts us in the perfect position to meet the staffing requirements of our clients. We’re looking forward to growing with them during the rest of 2015.”

Frontline, which has recently undergone a complete rebranding exercise including developing an intuitive new website has offices in Derby, Leicester, Mansfield, Nottingham and Weymouth. The company recently announced a doubling of its staff numbers in Leicester and will move to bigger offices in the city in the first quarter of 2015.
