Radio station operator UTV Media (GB) relocate to Birchwood Park

UTV Media (GB), operator of talkSPORT and 13 local radio brands including Juice FM, Wire FM and Signal Radio, has relocated its head office to Birchwood Park’s newly renovated 401 Faraday St, a £4.7 million redevelopment.

UTV Media (GB) join a number of large and small firms in 401 Faraday, including TUV SUD and MPP Global.

The building has also seen the expansion of existing occupiers Space 48 and Tenet Consultants.

UTV Media (GB) joined Birchwood Park in 2008 and has long been part of the park’s business community.

The business now occupies 4,694 sq ft in the newly refurbished building, which is easily accessible by commuters due to the park’s central location between Manchester and Liverpool.

The new development adds another asset to Birchwood Park’s community-centred business destination, bringing understated elegance and a cool metropolitan style to companies requiring state of the art office space.

Jonathan Walsh, Managing Director at Birchwood Park said, “The completion of 401 Faraday St concluded a phenomenal year for us.

“The fact that we’ve had such a rapid take up demonstrates the demand for new high design out of town office space.
